* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 20
  kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 1 to 4 ft expected. For the
  Gale Watch, west winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to gale force and
  seas 4 to 7 ft possible. For the second Small Craft Advisory,
  north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 5 to 8
  ft expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL from
  20 to 60 NM and Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL
  from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM to 2 PM
  EDT Monday. For the Gale Watch, from Monday afternoon through
  Tuesday morning. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 8
  AM Tuesday to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
