  excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas...

At 933 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. This shower was located 17 nm east of
Triumph Reef, moving west at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on the alert in
case warnings are issued for waterspout development.
