.DISCUSSION...

High pressure positioned north of the area will support a
generally light to moderate easterly flow today over the burn
site. Main forecast concern will be the potential for scattered
showers and thunderstorms in primarily the early to mid afternoon
time frame (peak window noon to 5 pm). These thunderstorms could
result in lightning, and erratic outflow winds. Dispersions will
be fair to good today with warm temperatures expected and peak
heat indices likely approaching 105 degrees.

Sky/weather.........Partly Cloudy (45-55 percent). Slight chance of
                    thunderstorms late in the morning. Chance of
                    showers through the day. Chance of
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
