afternoon into this evening from the north reinforcing the dry
and cooler weather. The winds will remain out of the northwest
around 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. The relative humidity will
drop down into the lower 40s this afternoon as the dispersion
will get up into the lower 60s.
