Synopsis for Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef FL out to 60 nm and for East
Cape Sable to Bonita Beach FL out to 60 nm-
1000 AM EST Sun Jan 19 2025

.Synopsis...

A fresh southwesterly breeze will lead to continued hazardous marine
conditions across the outer Atlantic waters today while a moderate
to fresh breeze continues over the Gulf waters. A cold front will
move across the region later tonight, with winds increasing from the
north behind the front. This could potentially lead to another round
of hazardous boating conditions heading into the early portion of
the week. Areas of fog over the Gulf waters this morning will
gradually diminish as the day progresses and the front gets closer.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will be possible across
the local waters this afternoon and tonight as the front moves
through.

Gulf Stream Hazards: Southwest winds of 20 to 25 kts through the
early evening hours.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream as of
Jan 18, 2025...

6 nautical miles south southeast of Fowey Rocks.
10 nautical miles southeast of Port Everglades.
9 nautical miles east of Lake Worth.
11 nautical miles east southeast of Jupiter Inlet.
