...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL POINSETT AND
NORTHERN CROSS COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM CDT...

At 401 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hickory Ridge, or 12 miles northwest of Wynne, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hydrick, Wiley Crossing, Togo, Birdeye, Supply, Stewart, Colton,
Brushy Lake, Vanndale, Mersman, Fair Field, Bay Village, Coldwater,
Cherry Valley, Monterey, and Parkin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for eastern
Arkansas.
