...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Mississippi...

  Coldwater River at Marks

For the Coldwater River...including Sarah, Marks...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Coldwater River at Marks.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 39.5 feet, flooding is occurring around Marks and in
  low-lying farmland in Quitman County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 39.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CST Tuesday was 39.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river remains in a flat crest near 39.6 feet
    and is forecast to hold steady through Wednesday afternoon,
    then begin a slow fall, dropping below flood stage this
    weekend.
  - Flood stage is 39.0 feet.
