...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county,
  Clay and Southeast Missouri, including the following county,
  Dunklin.

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 737 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Kennett, Malden, Piggott, Campbell, Rector, Chalk Bluff
    Natural Area, Clarkton, Holcomb, St. Francis, Pollard,
    Greenway, McDougal, Saint Francis, Glennonville, Crockett,
    Nimmons, Rhyne, Pratt, Carryville and Hargrave Corner.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Rapid onset flooding will result in quick water rises across the
affected area. Seek higher ground now.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
