90s along the Rio Grande. Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Mostly clear. Lows 61 to 66. In the mountains,
northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Along the Rio Grande, east winds 10 to
15 mph in the evening becoming light and variable.
