Highs in the lower 30s in the mountains to the upper 40s along the
Rio Grande. In the mountains, north winds 25 to 30 mph decreasing to
15 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Along the Rio Grande, north winds
15 to 25 mph.

shifting to the southwest after midnight.
