to the upper 40s along the Rio Grande. Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph
decreasing to around 10 mph in the afternoon.
.TONIGHT...Clear. Lows 21 to 26. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph.
.MARTIN LUTHER KING JR DAY...Sunny. Highs in the lower 40s in the
mountains to the upper 50s along the Rio Grande. Northeast winds
10 to 15 mph.
