Severe turbulence near the mountains will be hazardous for low flying light aircraft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds will be particularly hazardous at higher elevations where the strongest winds are likely to occur. Be especially careful driving in these mountainous areas.
