* WHAT...Southwest winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 65 mph. Winds
  will subside for a brief period Friday morning before increasing
  again early in the afternoon.

* WHERE...Guadalupe Mountains of west Texas and Southeast New Mexico.

* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 8 PM MST /9 PM CST/
  this evening. For the High Wind Warning, until 11 PM MST /midnight
  CST/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
  Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles
  like campers, vans, and tractor trailers. Severe turbulence near
  the mountains will be hazardous for low flying light aircraft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down, use low-beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance
between you and other vehicles.

Delay travel through Guadalupe Pass or find another route, if
possible.

Use caution if flying low near the mountains as severe turbulence is
possible.

Use caution when driving as blowing dust may reduce visibility.

  this evening. For the Wind Advisory, until 9 PM MST /10 PM CST/
  this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
  Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects.
