.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns remain minimal, aside from gusty and erratic
winds accompanying any storms that develop.  Minimum relative
humidity will remain high, and 20-ft winds and ERCs low. Recovery
overnight and Tuesday night will be moderate to excellent.
Relative humidity will bottom out at 22-75% Tuesday afternoon, and
25-65% Wednesday.
