Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
149 AM CDT Mon Jul 1 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns continue to remain low. Relatively light
winds, above critical relative humidity and good overnight
recoveries minimize this threat. Lightning starts and gusty winds
continue to be possible with afternoon convection, mainly in the
mountains.
