Elevated fire weather conditions will be seen over areas west of the Pecos River as min RHs reach near 15%. Areas to the east see higher min RHs with even better recoveries. Winds increase significantly late Sunday and into Monday for all of West Texas and SE NM. Winds begin to subside late Monday and into Tuesday with a cold front bringing drier air on Tuesday.
