...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Texas, including the following
  county, Reeves.

* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may remain closed due to flooding.
  Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier
  rainfall. Low-water crossings are possibly still inundated with
  water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 518 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have
    ended, but residual flooding may persist across the warned
    area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Toyah, Balmorhea, Saragosa, Balmorhea Lake, Balmorhea State
    Park, Verhalen and Toyahvale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
