...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 130 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHEASTERN DAWSON AND NORTHEASTERN MARTIN COUNTIES...

At 1142 AM CDT, Emergency management reports impacted or impassable
roads across southeastern Dawson County due to high water over the
roads. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is
ongoing.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Ackerly, Lenorah and Sparenberg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
