At 312 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Potentially 4 to 6 inches of rain have fallen in portions of the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar.
