...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of western Texas, including the following
  counties, Borden, Glasscock, Howard, Mitchell, Reagan and Scurry.

* WHEN...From this evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of slow-moving thunderstorms are expected to
    impact the region this evening through Friday morning. These
    thunderstorms may produce multiple inches of rain in some
    locations resulting in flash flooding.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
