The National Weather Service in Midland has issued a

* Dust Storm Warning for...
  Northwestern Reeves County in southwestern Texas...
  Loving County in western Texas...

* Until 215 PM CDT.

* At 1219 PM CDT, an area of blowing dust restricting the visibility
  to less than one quarter of a mile was observed on County Road 300
  north of Mentone.

  HAZARD...Near zero visibility with strong wind in excess of 40
           mph.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

  IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

* US Highway 285, State Highway 302 as well as other local roads in
  Reeves and Loving counties could be affected.

Locations impacted include...
Slash Ranch, Red Bluff Reservoir, Mentone, Red Bluff, and Orla.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
