FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  6 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, and western
  Arkansas.

* WHEN...From noon Thursday to 6 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
  commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON THURSDAY TO 6 PM
CST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations between 4 and 8 inches and ice accumulations around
  a tenth to a quarter inch, especially from Arkadelphia to Star
  City. There will likely be a band of enhanced snowfall near west
  central to central Arkansas where snowfall totals may exceed 8
  inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, southeast, southwest, and
  western Arkansas.

* WHEN...From noon Thursday to 6 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
