southwestern Monroe, eastern Jefferson, north central Lincoln and
northwestern Arkansas Counties through 945 AM CST

At 905 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Humphrey to near Richardson to near
Woodville. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.
