FIRE DANGER STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LITTLE ROCK AR
336 AM CDT Sat Mar 22 2025

...ELEVATED WILDFIRE DANGER FOR WILL PERSIST ACROSS NORTHERN HALF
OF ARKANSAS TODAY...|

Humidity levels are expected to fall to 20 percent or less across
the northern half of the state Saturday afternoon as very dry air
remains in place. Area winds will be much more subdued than days
prior, however, the combination of dry air and very dry fuels will
make it easy for fires to start.

If a wildfire is observed, report it by dialing 911, or contact
the Department of Agriculture Forestry Division at (800)
468-8834.
