* WHAT...Temperatures in the lower and mid 30s, as well as a clear
  sky and a light wind will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and western Arkansas.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
