Areas of greatest concern and possible impacts includes western central to central Arkansas, and the higher terrain of the Ouachita Mountains. Light freezing drizzle to rain will be possible across far southern Arkansas Thursday afternoon to evening, and could lead to hazardous road conditions prior to the onset of snowfall through the overnight period Thursday night. .Spotter Information Statement...
