Very cold air remains this morning across portions of Arkansas.
Wind chill values will dip into the single digits for a large
portion of the state...with some areas seeing wind chills
dropping below zero across northern Arkansas. Warmer conditions
will be seen later today. As a result...no hazardous weather is
expected at this time.
