A few thunderstorms may become strong to severe, but overall confidence is low at the current time considering an unstable airmass may not be present to coerce the development of strong to severe storms. However, locations may see heavy rain with localized flash flooding possible. Southerly winds will be gusty at times ahead of the approaching cold front between Sunday into Tuesday with gusts of 35+ mph possible. High profile vehicles will need to use extra caution driving across the state, especially on open (no windbreak such as trees), flat, or elevated roadways. Likewise, caution will need to be heeded on state-wide waterways as many area lakes and rivers will become a challenge for some vessels to navigate safely with increasing wave heights and choppy waters in unprotected areas. .Spotter Information Statement... Spotter activation will not be needed. && Visit NWS Little Rock on the web. Go to http://weather.gov/lzk. $$ 56/74
