Fire Weather Planning Forecast For A Large Part Of Arkansas
National Weather Service LITTLE ROCK AR
1238 PM CST Mon Nov 10 2025

.Discussion...

Gusty NW winds will persist through the afternoon before becoming
light around sunset and prevailing through sunrise on Tuesday
morning. Winds will veer to south/southwest with gusts 20-25 mph
by Tuesday afternoon with some higher gusts possible in northern
Arkansas. Min RH values will range from 26-36% with the lower end
of the values over parts of western and southern Arkansas. The
combination of Min RH values, gusty S/SW winds, and dry
conditions will allow fire weather conditions to approach near
critical thresholds, particularly over parts of southern and
western Arkansas. Lighter winds and dry weather will persist
through Friday with Min RH values expected to below critical
thresholds each day. By Saturday, a storm system will bring
chances for showers and thunderstorms through Monday.
