...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of central and eastern Arkansas, including the
  following counties, in central Arkansas, Lonoke, Prairie and
  White. In eastern Arkansas, Jackson.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated
  with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 736 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain has fallen over the past 5 days.
    Flooding is ongoing.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
