...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 4 AM
EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 2 inches, and
  isolated amounts up to 3 inches possible in southern Nelson county.

* WHERE...Albemarle and Nelson Counties, and Central Virginia Blue
  Ridge.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light to moderate snow will overspread the
  area this evening, then quickly come to an end early Saturday
  morning.

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road

* WHERE...Portions of southern Maryland and central and northern
  Virginia.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions.

TO 7 PM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
  inches. Localized amounts of up to 6 inches are possible along the
  higher ridges. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett County. In Virginia, Western Highland
  County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light to moderate snow will overspread the
  area this evening. This will continue overnight before giving way
  to upslope snow showers during the day on Saturday. Areas of
  blowing snow are likely which could result in significant drifting
  of snow, impacting travel.
