...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
  10 inches, with locally up to 12 inches on the higher western
  facing slopes. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western
  Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will continue through the afternoon
  before giving way to upslope snow showers overnight. Snowfall
  rates could approach 1 inch an hour at times through the
  afternoon. Blowing and drifting of snow is likely tonight.
