line extending from near Mays Chapel to near Boyds to 6 miles
southwest of Point Of Rocks, moving east at 20 mph.

Gusty winds of 40 to 50 mph, frequent lightning, and very heavy
rainfall are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Baltimore, Columbia, Germantown, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Leesburg,
Olney, Pikesville, Middle River, Cockeysville, Elkridge, Damascus,
Poolesville, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Historic Ellicott City,
Ellicott City, Dundalk, Towson, Aspen Hill, and Bel Air South.

 Interstate 70 in Maryland between mile markers 71 and 93.
