At 609 PM EDT, a front was located along a line extending from 9 nm
northeast of Tidal Basin to Reagan National Airport to Gunston Hall,
moving east at 10 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Observed wind.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

Potomac Creek, Nanjemoy Creek, National Harbor, Tidal Basin, Reagan
National Airport, Swan Point, Gunston Hall, Occoquan Bay, Popes
Creek, Maryland Point, Port Tobacco River, Colonial Beach,
Leesylvania State Park, Cobb Island, Mathias Point, U.S. 301 Nice
Memorial Bridge, Mason Neck State Park, Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Indian
Head, and Fort Hunt.
