The showers with the strongest winds have moved out of the area and
no longer pose a significant threat to boaters. However,
additional howers will continue this afternoon.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM EST for
central and southern Maryland...and the adjacent coastal waters.
