...OCCASIONAL WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 20 KNOTS THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

A few northwest wind gusts to near 20 knots are possible through
this afternoon the middle Chesapeake Bay and its eastern
adjoining tributaries, as well as the Upper to Middle Tidal
Potomac River. Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating
smaller vessels, should exercise extra caution if navigating the
waters during this time.
