...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of western Maryland,
including the following areas, Central and Eastern Allegany, Eastern
Garrett and Extreme Western Allegany, Virginia, including the
following areas, Albemarle, Central and Southeast Prince
William/Manassas/Manassas Park, Clarke, Culpeper, Eastern Loudoun,
Fairfax, Frederick VA, Greene, King George, Madison, Northern
Fauquier, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, Northwest Prince William,
Orange, Page, Rappahannock, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Southern
Fauquier, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Warren and Western Loudoun, and
West Virginia, including the following areas, Berkeley, Eastern
Grant, Eastern Mineral, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Morgan and
Western Mineral.

Rain rates are decreasing and additional flooding is unlikely
tonight. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at midnight EDT
tonight.
