...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM EST SATURDAY THROUGH LATE
SATURDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Highland County in Virginia and western Pendleton County
  in West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 3 AM EST Saturday through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Around an inch to inch and a half of rain falling on
    saturated ground may cause flooding.
  - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety
    and preparedness information.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
