.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

A slow moving upper low will gradually approach the area from the
west before moving through on Tuesday. Drier weather returns with a
cold front on Wednesday. High pressure settles over the area during
the middle to latter half of the work week. Small Craft Advisories
may be needed at times through Tuesday night.
