...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN SWISHER AND
NORTHWESTERN BRISCOE COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM CDT...

At 1003 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles east of Vigo Park, or 14 miles north of Silverton, moving west
at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Vigo Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, seek shelter inside a building.

Brief torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may
lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
flooded roadways.
