This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Wind chill values will fall to near zero degrees late tonight through
early Tuesday morning over the southwest Texas Panhandle and northern
South Plains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

There remains a chance for light rain and snow early Thursday morning
through Thursday afternoon, mainly on the Caprock. Some very light
snow accumulations will be possible across the far southwestern
Texas Panhandle.
