Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

No hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Dangerously cold wind chills from 5 below to 12 below are possible
Monday night through Tuesday morning. An Extreme Cold Watch is in
effect for the entire outlook area.

Light snow with minor accumulations is possible Monday night in the
far southwest Texas Panhandle.
