.DISCUSSION...
No fire weather concerns due to high relative humidity and light
winds. Winds will prevail out of the south near 5-10 mph Monday,
with temperatures in the middle-upper 90s. Scattered storms are
expected to develop Monday afternoon across the entire forecast
area, with locally heavy rainfall accompanying storms. Strong to
perhaps a few severe-caliber gusts will be possible, resulting in
sudden and erratic changes in wind direction. Fires from lightning
may occur.
