.DISCUSSION...
No fire weather concerns today due to light winds and minimum RH
values between 35-40 percent. A weak cold front will move through
the region during the morning hours, with light, northeasterly winds
in its wake. Winds will become variable in direction by dusk, with
RH recovery above 80 percent. Isolated storms will be possible
across the southern South and Rolling Plains through the afternoon
hours, with cloud-to-ground lightning in rain-free areas possible,
and the severe weather threat is very low otherwise.
