.DISCUSSION...
Mixing heights will not climb to around 1700 feet until 11 am,
but transport winds will be light causing poor smoke dispersal
throughout the day even though the maximum mixing heights will
be near 4400 feet.  High temperatures will be near 60 degrees
this afternoon at the same time that the minimum relative humidity
falls to near 25 percent.  Winds will be light through the
day both at the 20 foot and eye level.  Dry weather is expected
through tomorrow with warmer temperatures and better slightly
stronger transport winds which will lead to good smoke dispersal.
