Dry and cool conditions are expected today with chilly early morning
temperatures starting in the 30s. Mixing heights will initially be
quite low and will fail to reach above 3,000 feet this afternoon at
their peak. This is likely to remain the theme through Saturday with
a strong, shallow capping inversion briefly increasing to around
2,000 feet. Northwesterly surface flow will be far weaker than that
of Thursday`s conditions and will continue to weaken overnight into
Saturday. Minimum RH values will generally range from 50-60 percent
through Friday and Saturday afternoons.
