  Mississippi River at Winfield.

  Mississippi River at Saverton.

  Mississippi River at Hannibal.

  Mississippi River at Louisiana.

  Mississippi River at Clarksville.

  Mississippi River at Lock & Dam 21.

  Mississippi River at Quincy.

  Mississippi River at LaGrange.

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Chester.

* WHEN...From Wednesday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Unleveed islands near Chester and the
  prison farm floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Wednesday evening and continue rising to 29.2 feet Sunday,
    July 07. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 25.1 feet, St. Louis County closes the following
  roads at this height:  Butler Hill west of Summerhedge Place,
  Meramec Bottom Road between Hageman Road and Highway 21, Hawkins
  Road south of Meramec Bottom Road, and Old Telegraph Road at Earl
  Widman County Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Friday afternoon and continue rising to 25.0 feet
    Saturday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Sunday was 15.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.5
    feet early Thursday afternoon.

  navigation.  This level will vary with circumstance.  Also, BNSF
  railroad tracks just south of Hannibal are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:00 PM CDT Sunday was 16.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 19.7 feet early
    Saturday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. Moderate flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Hannibal.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 21.5 feet, At this height, water will reach the base
  of the remaining three flood gates on Broadway Avenue and Main
  Street, so these gates should already be installed and locked
  down.  Bear Creek Trail and Dempsey Dog Park begin flooding and
  are closed near this height.  Access to Sodalis Nature Preserve
  parking is flooded at 6th and Ely Streets.  The south end of the
  Norfolk and Southern Multisport Complex begins flooding near 6th
  and 7th Streets.  The grandstand area of Clemens Field begins
  flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 18.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Sunday was 18.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.1
    feet Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Tuesday afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 18.0 feet
    Thursday evening.
