Weak 30.0 inch ridging over Lake Superior this evening increases to 30.1 inches by Wednesday morning, persisting until Friday; expect the ridge to retreat east towards the St. Lawrence Seaway and to weaken with time on Friday. A low pressure of at least 29.8 inches passing through the Northern Plains could impact the Upper Great Lakes this weekend, although uncertainty remains high on the track and strength of it. Nevertheless, weak 29.9 inch ridging does look to return to Lake Superior on Sunday.
