For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.7 inch high pressure over the Saskatchewan/North
Dakota border this evening builds into the Dakotas tonight. This
high then slides south along the Mississippi Valley through mid-
week to the Southeast U.S. by Friday as it weakens to 30.4
inches. On Friday, a weak 30.0 inch low passes over Lake
Superior. This low is subsequently followed by a 29.4 inch low
sweeping southeast into the lake by Saturday evening, which is
then followed by another 29.5 inch low over the Upper Great Lakes
Sunday night through Monday.
