DISCUSSION:

It will be dry through at least Monday afternoon.

A storm will move into the area Monday night or Tuesday. Light
showers are possible, mainly south of Pt Conception with amounts
mostly under a quarter inch.

Another storm is likely for the next Wednesday/Thursday period.
Early indications show this to be at least a moderate storm with low
snow levels. 1 to 4 inches of rain is possible, highest in the
foothills and coastal slopes. Rain rates exceeding a half inch per hour
are possible, especially Wednesday night into early Thursday.
