...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 9 PM PDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest to west winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50
  mph expected.

* WHERE...Antelope Valley and Western Antelope Valley Foothills.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 9 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Blowing dust may make travel difficult at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust may reduce visibility to near
  zero at times. If you encounter blowing dust that inhibits your
  ability to see the roadway, pull completely off the pavement
  surface and turn off your headlights.
